  Sign Services Plus LLC operates as a separate and independent entity while maintaining a close affiliation with SignFreaks, Inc. Specifically, Sign Services Plus LLC provides specialized installation services to ensure the high-quality and professional execution of signage installation.
• Responsibilities and Coordination
  a. SignFreaks, Inc. is responsible for the overall management, project oversight, and client communications throughout the project.
  b. Sign Services Plus LLC is responsible for the technical execution and installation of the signage as outlined in this Agreement.

Both parties will collaborate closely to guarantee prompt delivery and high-quality completion of the services. Under this Agreement, SignFreaks, Inc. maintains complete responsibility for the execution and results of the installation tasks performed by Sign Services Plus LLC in its role as a subcontractor.
